Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst will support global process initiatives to streamline and/or automate the PTP & OTC process which includes system enhancement and process improvement to achieve quality, accurate and timely delivery of billing operation on time process in accordance to the defined SLAs/KPIs.

• Work with Team Lead/Assistant Manager to handle Client billing and vendor invoice processing for payment;
• Review against Client billing and vendor paying processes. To ensure the invoices are complying to client's requirement supported and vendors invoices posted as per policies, process and procedure;
• Approve and post accounting entries;
• Dispatch to Client the invoice and supporting documentation according to the Client billing process and vendor invoices are processed and pay timely;
• Receive queries from Clients and vendors, record and follow up to resolution, resolve and close query in a timely manner.
• Participate in AR & AP Ageing Reporting and Review calls with OpCo.
• Accountable and responsible for the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of scope assigned in accordance to the SLAs/KPIs defined with management and agreed with OpCo.
• Work closely with the key contacts of the WPP OpCo assigned and cross functional organization to resolve and support customer billing process, issues and/or inquiries.
• Perform and support month end close activities.
• Provide input for on-going development and improvement on systems and operation process.
• Provide full support to global system enhancement and any new implementation initiative in UAT, migrations, scope expansion, standardization and/or data mapping or cleansing.

Qualification:

• With 3-5 years of relevant experience, in shared service environment with both account payable and account receivable experience would be added advantage.
• Attention to Detail- Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information to the AR System.
• Ability to handle high volume task and able to adapt complex work environment.
• Good time management and Organization skills.
• Able to communicate and work within a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures is a must.
• Excel skills is mandatory.
