Senior Finance Executive (Custom Cable & Wire Harness Background) - Generous Compensation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following along with other duties not included.

· Handle a full set of accounts and ensure timely month end closing.

· Preparation, review, and analysis of management accounts.

· Assist in preparation of operating forecast & amp (asset management plan); budgets.

· Prepare Tax Computation (corporate submission) and ensure compliance with Malaysia tax filing requirements (annual tax computation & amp, transfer pricing)

· Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for operational needs.

· Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, lawyers, company secretaries, BNM & amp; etc.

· Assist the U.S. Controller in various tasks, e.g., prepare special reports required by Corporate.

· Prepare local reporting requirements.

· Understand and follow applicable Company practices, policies, and procedures.

· Ensure the operations of the business comply to the local Acts and Laws.

· Knowledge in LMW warehouse, MIDA, inventory management & costing is added advantage.

· General Ledger Accounting functions to ensure compliance with established operating procedures.

· Coordinate preparation of periodic financial statements, reports and other analysis as requested.

· Analyze actual financial results and compare to budget and prior periods.

· Provide monthly reconciliations of detail accounts with General Ledger Control accounts.

· Assist in preparation of operating budgets and annual operating plan.

· Manage monthly accounting closings
