Senior Finance Executive - Hiring Fast

Accounts / Financial Transactions:

Oversee and manage day-to-day accounts and financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Review and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget.

Collaborate with department heads to gather budget information and provide guidance on financial matters.

Prepare financial forecasts and track actual performance against budgets.

Compliance and Auditing:

Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws.

Prepare documentation and assist in financial audits.

Implement internal controls to safeguard financial assets and data.

Financial Analysis:

Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, such as investment proposals and cost reduction initiatives.

Identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Cash Management:

Monitor cash flow, manage bank accounts, and ensure sufficient liquidity.

Assist in optimizing cash management strategies and investment opportunities.

Financial Software and Systems:

Utilize financial software and tools for accounting, reporting, and analysis.

Recommend and implement improvements to financial systems and processes.

Team Leadership:

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance staff.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to achieve financial goals.
