SENIOR FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Account Payable

• Record entries of invoices & payments into the accounting system.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers accordingly by analyzing invoice.
• Investigates & analyzes purchase price and volume discrepancies from purchase orders.
• Seeks clarifications or explanations from submitters when warranted.
• Maintain supplier records in the financial information system
• Monitors AP aging, evaluating payment & fund requirements.
• Monitors cash book & timely payments.
• Processes all monetary disbursements to vendors, reps, contractors, and to employees.
• Monitors all claims & payments to ensure accordance to company procedures & policies & timely captured in the accounting system.
• Monitors & reconciles AP accruals.
• Maintains AP expenses accrual list of vendor bills that did not make it into the closing period.

Account Receivable 

• Issue manual invoices according to the company’s approved package.
• Record entries of invoices & receipts into the accounting system.
• Prepare SST submission.
• Monitor AR aging; regularly communicate with sales representative on payment status & overdue invoices.
• Prepare sales & collections report.
• Ensure timely postings of all AR related entries for monthly closing.
• Ensure all credit policies & procedures are adhered to.
