Senior Global Supply Chain Planner

Lead the SI&OP process for your assigned product families, ensuring alignment across global teams and maintaining focus on strategic goals. Facilitate demand and supply reviews, driving decisions that balance customer needs, inventory levels, and production capabilities. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline. 5-9 years of experience in supply chain, materials management, or manufacturing planning. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly for analytics, automation, and process improvement. Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP, or similar supply chain software is beneficial but not required. Willingness to travel internationally as needed. Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building trust, engaging, and influencing stakeholders at all levels across global teams. Proven ability to work independently and make efficient, data-driven decisions. Strong analytical skills with a proactive, data-driven mindset for decision-making. Flexible and adaptable in dynamic environments, with a collaborative approach to driving innovation. Manage net requirements to support dual-site manufacturing initiatives between Penang and other sister sites, enabling efficient allocation of resources and production planning.
