Senior GM / Senior Project Director (TOD) - Positive Work Culture

JOB DESCRIPTIONS FOR SENIOR GM / SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR (TOD)

1. Reports to Board of Directors and execute the assigned TOD project (Pre, Progress & Post) so that it is developed and completed as plan.
2. To spreadhead the Transit Integrated Township development project that is providing connection of living, activities, buildings, and public space together, with easy walking and cycling connection between them and near-excellent transit service to the rest of the city.
3. To lead the project implementation, set the direction, reviewing and monitoring development progress to ensure it is as per schedule.
4. To attend and lead in the weekly and other interval’s meetings with consultants, architect, authorities, contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers to achieve the expected results.
5. To prepare and execute the project budgets, expenses and take necessary timely corrective and preventive actions.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 15 year(s) of construction experience of the building works.
• Hands on experience in fast pace property development working experience.
• Capable of developing the Property Development Plan, Budgeting, cost control and monitor / execute its progress / schedules towards the desired result.
• Possess excellent communication skills and good in both spoken and written form of expression.
• Willing to work full-time in Johor.
