Key Responsibilities & Scope

• Lead and quality-assure the work of a locally based team of graphic designers.
  
  
  


• Design and refine curriculum-aligned educational resources.
  
  
  


• Support internal and external graphic design work across other Cognition Learning Group (CLG) projects beyond the core scope.
  
  
  


• Liaise effectively across multiple time zones to ensure seamless collaboration with international teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Significant graphic design experience paired with proven team lead/management capabilities.
  
  
  


• Strong experience designing educational or curriculum-based content, specifically using Adobe InDesign.
  
  
  


• A track record of fast-paced, accurate design across large-scale projects.
  
  
  


• Excellent written English and exceptional attention to detail.
  
  
  


• Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and guide others to do the same.
