You have great skills in graphic designing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, but more importantly – You have the ability to turn a blank canvas into something that is visually appealing and entices the target audience to take action. You are result-oriented and crave getting to work on something creative on a regular basis. You can create logos, icons or any other graphic design requests with ease – effectively! You’re great with typography and your designs draw attention and move people's hearts and minds to act. You can take someone’s vision or idea – any size, shape, form – and turn it into something visually beautiful that matches their vision perfectly, with a performance that’s above par. You've worked with creative individuals, talented teams, small and large companies alike, building up a solid reputation in the process.

If you fit any of the above criteria, we'd love to hear from you! At Dreamsmind by DreamsKingdoms, we've been hand-selecting and interviewing senior graphic designers across the globe for our growing design team. You'll be responsible for the following as part of our team:

• Engaging in creative brainstorming & ideation sessions with other designers and stakeholders
• Conceiving, designing and executing designs in the form of graphics, illustrations, and infographics.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all media.
• Reviewing the drafts of junior designers to ensure quality.
• Meeting project deadlines.
• Learning and following new design trends.

As a senior graphic designer, you would be required to meet the following benchmarks:

• A lifetime CIA - Always Curious in discovering the unknown, always Imagineering to explore the possibilities and always Assessing whether you have the relevant skills for now & the future.
• A Captain - Able to inspire and lead a project with a good, winning result that’s loved by both team & clients.
• A Visionary Creator - An Iron-clad work ethic to make every piece of your design-solution work like a masterpiece that solves clients' or society's problems.
• A self-starting Hulk - Able to work with minimal supervision, with clear understanding of why you do what you do and not just smashing the pieces together.
• A Dr. Strange - A magician that has the power to make clients' visions a reality. You have the ability to control time to meet deadlines and dimension travel to explore, understand how things happen and how to solve a problem (insight).
• An agent of Skills - Able to use your skills in handling creative weapons (Adobe Suite, typography) with extreme precision and finesse to deliver killer designs that blow people's minds. Not a Serif out of place, not a Roman-off ;)
