Senior Graphic Designer - Urgent Position

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing Design: Develop visually engaging digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email marketing assets, and web graphics, to support product promotions and branding.

2. Graphic Design: Participating in various design projects, from brainstorming, adapting, ideating, and executing design concepts, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhancing marketing campaigns and materials.

3. Campaign Design: Contribute to the conceptualization and design of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaign concepts to life.

4. Brand Adherence: Ensure all design work aligns with the product brand guidelines, consistently conveying our brand's message, values, and product benefits.

5. Content Creation: Design eye-catching visuals that effectively communicate the features and branding.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand campaign objectives and target audience preferences, incorporating feedback and ensuring the designs meet the campaign's goals.

7. Feedback Integration: Welcome feedback from team members and incorporate revisions and improvements into your designs as necessary.

8. Innovation: Stay updated on design trends, emerging digital technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and creative ideas to the team.

9. Flexibility: Adapt to changing project requirements and timelines, maintaining flexibility in the design and execution of creative concepts.

Graphic Designer Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or any Creative related background.
• At least 3 year of experience in the related field. 
• Good proficiency in Adobe software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. Additional software skills (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, 3D Max) would be a bonus
• An awareness of digital media and evolving online plattorms.
• The flexibility to adapt your ideas to suit the team and superiors' expectations.
• The willingness to work to tight deadlines in high-pressure environments without compromising on work quality.
• The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and understanding skills.
• Dedicated, passionate, creative, and responsible with a positive attitude.
• The ability to take and follow instructions and creative directions, while having creative and sharp eyes for improvements.
