Tasks & responsibilities
• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which includes recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation & benefits, manpower planning, maintaining personnel files, HR standard reporting, and other HR-related support services to some regional offices
• Responsible for Malaysian Employment Pass' applications, endorsement, cancellation, extension, etc.
• Responsible in handling and advising the Management on disciplinary issues, staff counselling and grievances, termination, and other employee-related matters in compliance with local labor laws / Industrial Relations Act, as well as Employment Act.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external governance, regulations, and procedures.
• Policy procedures development and documentation.
• Assist the Regional HR Manager on HR projects.
• To undertake other related jobs as requested by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications & experience
• Possessed a Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of continuous working experience in administration and human resources is required for this position.
• Had stayed at least 3 years in most recent companies (not changing jobs without compelling reasons).
• Well-versed in the Malaysian Employment Act.
• Experienced in the full cycle of the recruitment process.
• Experienced in the submission of applications for Malaysian Employment Pass / Dependent Pass (new application, endorsement, cancellation, extension, etc.)
• Responsible, integrity, independent, good team player, good sense of urgency, command the respect of senior management, good time management, and excel in meeting tight reporting deadlines
• Applicants must be willing to work in Telok Gong, Port Klang.
