Job Description
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and administration
- To maintain update and maintain employee personal files and HR record
- Assist to perform monthly statutory submission to government authorities
- Arrange training for staffs
- Assist in recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement and coordination
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry and document prepartion
- Any other duties and relevant task will be assigned from time to time by the supervisor and management
Job Requirements
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration/Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Able to work under pressure, multitasking and have good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees
- Detailed with excellent problem-solving skills, and proactive
