Senior HR Executive

Company Background

We are representing our client, a company in the live streaming industry specializing in Korean cosmetic and skincare sales, in hiring a Senior HR professional to join their team based in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, talent sourcing, and conducting interviews.
• Prepare and verify employment agreements in accordance with Malaysian employment regulations.
• Maintain HR records and databases while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide HR guidance to department managers on matters related to employee performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace relations.
• Review, enhance, and implement HR policies and ongoing process improvement initiatives.
• Organize onboarding, employee engagement, and retention activities to foster a positive working environment.
• Prepare HR documentation and reports, support internal communications, and assist with compliance audits and statutory requirements.
• Monitor payroll accuracy, staff attendance, and employee benefits administration, including medical coverage and leave management.

• Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory), with good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Diploma or above in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to recruitment and payroll.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 6PM 
Break time: 1.5 hrs
