Senior HR Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, and employee benefits packages.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Manage the annual salary review process, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing data, and making recommendations for salary adjustments.
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

IR

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, including grievances, disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations of misconduct, ensuring thorough and impartial resolution.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on employee relations matters, including interpretation of company policies and procedures, and adherence to labor laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM)/ Business Administration/ Psychology or its equivalent with minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in HRM
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Must be proactive, possess high confidentiality level, integrity and professionalism
• Work as team player and ability to build good working relationships with Management and employees.
