Penerangan Pekerjaan - Senior HR Executive

Job Overview

MIMS Medica is hiring a Senior HR Executive responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions of employee life cycle relating to internal recruitment, benefits administration, HR data management, onboarding, and off boarding process for our office in Malaysia.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

 

Job Responsibilities

Payroll, Compensation & Benefits

  • To handle the full spectrum of payroll processing activities ensuring its timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with the regulations of local statutory bodies.
  • To compile financial year end employee tax reporting and distribution.
  • Handle employees' benefits, medical, leave benefits and group insurance administration

HR Operations

  • Responsible for HR processes for entire employee life cycle and all HR documentation including letter of appointment, transfer, confirmation, resignation, bonus, increment, salary adjustment, and others
  • Assist in on-boarding process for new hires including induction and assimilation into the organization
  • Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files, timesheets, and payroll files.
  • Employee relations including grievance handling and ensuring due legal processes and local labour laws are implemented in employee investigations with impact to Risk Management

Talent Acquisition

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, arranging for interviews, and interviewing candidates

Employee Engagement and Wellness

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events , training and engagement activities such as employee welfare and wellness program

Human Resource Database Management

  • Regularly updating headcount management system, personal database
  • Manage Performance Management system

Other HR Responsibilities

  • Supporting local roll-out and cascade of talent management activities
  • Review and alignment of local HR processes with Regional
  • Manage various regional reports and audits
  • Performance management

Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Good understanding of labour laws and Industrial Relation
  • Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience in HR role
  • Experience with HRIS system
  • Experience Payroll and compliance with government mandatories
  • Be able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment
  • Possess integrity and good work ethics
  • Good team player
  • Proficient with MS Office application e.g., Excel, Powerpoint
