h) Assist HRM to be the liaison for HR and administration-related matters
i) Other tasks assigned by the management from time to time



Compensation and Benefits



  • Overseeing and managing the Payroll process (monthly & yearly) and related matters, including statutory payments for Malaysia. Work closely with HR Manager on payroll execution, foreign workers management, and part-time staffs’ payment

  • Handle employees' benefits, medical, and group hospitalization insurance administration and coordinate with the company's insurance broker on issues relating to insurance premiums, renewals, and claims.

  • Managing Annual Return of Remuneration, ie: preparing/reviewing Form E and Form EA.


Talent Acquisition



  • Assist the HR team in managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization's manpower needs

  • Submit reports concerning hiring trends, turnover rates, candidate feedback, etc. to HR staff and/or senior management, as appropriate

  • Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

    HR Administration

  • In charge of the preparation of Letters of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.

  • Maintain accurate data for HR-related and employee-related data in HRIS and Payroll System and the master list of all employees in Malaysia.

  • Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files, timesheets, and payroll files.

  • Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding / clearance for resigned, including conducting exit interviews.

  • Liaise with HRDF body for training grants/claims submission & follow up on reimbursement payments.

  • Perform any other ad-hoc administration duties as required. Employee Engagement and Wellness

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of company events and manage employee welfare and wellness program
