Job Scopes:
Recruitment:
- Sourcing and Selection: Identify and attract suitable candidates for open positions within the organization. This may involve posting job advertisements, conducting resume screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Conducting Interviews: Conduct interviews with prospective candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
- Preparing HR Letters: Generate various HR-related letters, including Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Resignation Letters, and other relevant correspondence.
- Compilation of HR Documents: Maintain and organize HR-related documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify issues that require attention or improvement.
- Orientation and Induction: Conduct orientation and induction sessions for new staff to introduce them to the organization's culture, policies, and procedures.
- Employee Engagement: Engage with employees to promote a positive work environment within the organization.
- Organization Climate Survey: Conduct surveys to assess the organizational climate, compile reports, and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements:
Education: At least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, or an equivalent field.
Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred as the role involves frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking staff and stakeholders.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related HR field is necessary.
Assistant Manager position may be considered subject to candidate's experience.
