Senior HR Executive (USJ Taipan) - Hiring Fast

JOB DESCRIPTION (SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE)

1. Responsible for recruitment including job advertisement drafting, posting, pre-screening and interview arrangement. 
2. Responsible for preparation and follow-up on hiring documentation i.e., offer letter, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and other employment-related letters.
3. Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding related matters.
4. Responsible to monitor and update staff attendance and leave application. 
5. Responsible to process staff payroll on monthly basis and manage staff claims. 
6. Responsible to conduct staff performance management and identify training if needed. 
7. Maintain proper filing for all HR related documents.
8. Responsible for employees activities such as annual trip, annual dinner, gathering etc. 
9. Other task assigned by the Management from time to time. 

   (Knowledge in SQL payroll software will be an added advantage)
