Senior HR Executive/Assistant Manager (Solar Industry) - Competitive Pay

We are looking for a experienced Senior HR Executive who has experienced in building team for a startup/ SME company. You would be responsible for full spectrum of HR including Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relation, Talent Management and Training Development.

Responsibilities

• Plan for the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures and manpower planning.
• Oversee and maintain HR relevant policies and guidelines, employee handbook and process documentation.
• Provide guidance, counsel and support to leaders in the organization structure and manpower planning.
• Oversee the pre-screening, interview, assessment and hiring of potential candidates.
• Ensure payroll compliance, timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll and statutory payment.
• Handling monthly payroll related matters (eg. commission calculation, submit EPF, etc)
• Undertake ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree..
• Proactive, pleasant character, independent, resourceful & willing to learn attitude.
• High level of Interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with team members
• Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with English and Mandarin speaking employees
• Able to work under challenging and fast- paced environment.
