Senior HR Manager - Dynamic Team

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and administer wide HR policies, procedures and practices in accordance with statutory legal requirements
• Act as a strategic partner with Head of schools and Head of Departments regarding staffing and employees’ career development & organise learning and development programs.
• Analyse data, prepare reports and make recommendations on a variety of HR issues
• Support in major change initiatives, strategic staffing plans and successful organisation  development as they pertain to current and future staff
• Coordinate recruitment and retention strategies and succession planning processes
• Appreciate and support the role of other professionals, and establish constructive relationships and communicate with other organisations and individuals as required.
• Administrating procedures and practices in accordance with statutory legal requirements, particularly safer recruitment; and assist with the development of policies and procedures, and report all concerns to an appropriate person, in respect of:

1. Safeguarding
2. Health, safety and security
3. Confidentiality, and
4. Data Protection

• Prepare and monitor HR budget
• Develop compensation and benefits plans

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role in a school environment is an added advantage
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems)
• Solid understanding of labor legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
• MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
• Preferably have related working experience in education sector
