Senior HR Manager - with Growth Opportunities

RESPONSIBILITIES :-

• Responsible for overall quality system in HR and administration.
• To compile and implement HR policy & procedure, monitoring employee disciplinary, coordinates employee industrial relations matter.
• To develop employee personal development plan and career growth.
• To control and monitor foreign workers passport, work permit, COM, insurance guarantee, FOMEMA and foreign workers compensation scheme expiring date avoid penalty.
• To coordinates employee performance appraisal.
• To reviews and upgrades employee fringe benefit, conducts market survey on salary and fringe benefit.
• To complete the statutory payment on time e.g EPF,SOCSO,EIS, Income Tax and etc.
• Responsible to monitor employees compliance to company rules and regulations, policies and as well as enforcement.
• To update employee data and proper filing of administration documents.
• To Liaise with government officials on government matters.
• To recruit operators as requested from department and conduct interview in order to get right candidate.
• To coordinate for opening of bank account for new employee.
• To ensure that factory and office are well maintain.
• Responsible for general welfare and health of employees.
• To responsible for the training needs of the departmental staff.
• To complete the computation of management and Indirect salary (Indirect and Direct) before 28th of each month.
• To provides and maintains up to date information on labour regulations.
• To coordinate with agent/landlord for worker hostel matters.
• Responsible to train and lead the HR staff in achieving the organization vision/mission via related activities.
• To carry out task as per assign by Department Head as and when required.
• Lead Customer audit requirement.
• Collaborate with Corp HR to support other overseas site.

Requirements :-

• Minimum Degree Level or equivalent or Professional Certificate in Human Resources/Business Administration/LCCI
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing
• Good written and verbal skill in English, Mandarin & Malay.
• Ability to develop & motivate subordinates to achieve organization objective.
• Knowledge in Human Resources & ability to assess an organizations need.
• Regional experience will be an advantage.
• Experience in consolidating HR team from multiple business entities will be an advantage.
