    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Hands-on experienced HR generalist
  • Deal with the day-to-day HR operation matters
  • Experienced of Change Management and implementation of policies
  • Liaise with HQ for specific projects
  • Expatriate management
  • Liaise with government authorities
  • Excellent knowledge of labor-related laws, amendments, and implications related to HR and labor
  • Hands-on experience in managing domestic inquiries and consequence management
  • Knowledge of payroll along with related calculations and implications of law
  • Integrity and maintenance of confidentiality are of utmost importance
  • Should be able to review and suggest updates to HR policies and procedures, also aligning with the local law
  • Employee joining and exit experience management

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5-10 years and above experience in Human Resource 
  • Diploma or Degree in a related Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Good analytical skills, system administration, excel, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to communicate in English well due to the multi-national environment.
