Senior HR Officer - Unlimited Growth Potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the HR team on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
• Oversee employee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and facilitate training sessions as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related inquiries, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining confidentiality.
• Monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of HR strategies and initiatives.
