Job Title: Senior Human Resource (HR) Executive

Job Overview:
As a Senior HR Executive at Jaycorp Berhad, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing human resources functions within our organization. Your role will involve managing various HR processes, including recruitment, compliance, employee relations, training and development, succession planning, performance management, and fostering a positive work culture. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring that HR operations align with the company's objectives while promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
● Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies via various platforms.
● Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
Employee Relations:
● Provide guidance and support to subsidiaries on HR-related matters, including policies, procedures, recruitment, succession planning, performance management and benefits.
● Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution when necessary.
Training and Development:
● Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
● Support career development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Human Resource Documents:
● Maintain and update HR documents, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures, in accordance with legal and company requirements.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of all HR documentation.
● Monitor changes in employment laws and regulations and make necessary updates to documents to ensure compliance.
Succession Planning:
● Managing and overseeing the succession planning process throughout the organization
● Working with the HR teams within the organization in identifying high potential employees for future leadership roles
● Identifying training opportunities for successors
Performance Management:
● Execute performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide feedback to management.
● Facilitate performance reviews and goal-setting processes.
● Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Compliance and Policy Adherence:
● Ensure organization is in compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
● Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
● Provide guidance on HR best practices and ensure consistent application across the organization.
● Support audits and close all audit findings related to HR
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong language skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
● Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management roles.
● Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
● Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
