Responsibility:
1. Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the Company’s overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support and expertise in all HR-related matters including foster a productive and supporting work environment within the department.
3. Drive employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive working culture and increase employee satisfaction level.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, benefits & compensation and regulatory compliance.
5. Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and address Company needs and challenges related to human capital.
6. Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and on-boarding.
7. Analyze HR metrics and data to identify the trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and practices.
8. Manage employee grievances, investigations and mediate disputes in a constructive manner to minimize negative impacts on the Company.
9. Identify the training needs assessment and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives that add value to a culture of continuous learning and growth and contribute to the Company’s success.
