Senior Human Resource - Urgent Hiring

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible to implement and improve HR operations support (i.e. recruitment, training and development, employee relations, compensation & benefits etc.) and responsible for the full spectrum of HR/Admin activities.
• Play the role of strategic HR Business Partner to Senior Management, develop & maintain robust HR function, putting in place good HR practices and processes.
• Establishing, maintaining and controlling personnel, employees, recruitment relations records, files, correspondences, reports, and organization charts.
• Ensure HR policies are aligned with company's business objectives.
• Ensure all practices are in compliance with local law and regulations/ requirements.
• Managing sensitive and confidential matters like personnel relations, employee relations, and organizational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files.
• Preparation of payroll – EPF, SOSCO, Income Tax and etc.
• Assist in Foreign Worker recruitment and management.
• To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues especially with IR Department, Labour Office and any other related government body.
• Other task assigned by superior as and when.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’ Degree in HR Management /Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably managing specializing in HR/Admin or equivalent.
• Experience in Human Resource function with good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and Industrial Relations Law;
