Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer HR documentation, employee records and HR systems (Zoho People).
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management.
Manage payroll, claims, overtime management and statutory compliance in line with the Employment Act.
Coordinate training programs and HRDCorp grant applications.
Organize employee engagement activities and company events.
Manage office administration, facilities, travel arrangements and company assets.
Provide operational and administrative support across departments.
What Weâre Looking For
5 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, labour regulations and HR best practices.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination and disciplinary matters.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, proactive mindset and strong leadership capabilities.
