The Orchestration team takes care of all automation and integration needs of GTS (Grabber Technology Solutions = Grab's Enterprise IT team) and beyond. Our work directly enhances Grabbers' productivity by delivering process and workflow automation. Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Lead Integration Engineer, Orchestration team and you will be responsible for development, testing, deployment, production support and maintenance of workflow automation and integration solutions predominantly built on iPaaS. In this role, as a Senior engineer, you will also lead the development of high-quality software solutions.

This role is onsite based in our Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will lead the development of workflow automations and integration solutions, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
• You will conduct code reviews for junior engineers to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability, offering constructive feedback.
• You will enforce quality assurance processes, executing testing and validation procedures, and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• You will maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system designs and configurations, to facilitate troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
• You will respond to production incidents and service disruptions, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures, including rotational early morning shifts for critical incidents.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, emphasizing orchestration, automation, and cloud technologies. Hands-on experience in using popular orchestration tools such as TIBCO business works, Workato, Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc., would be preferred.
• Proficiency in software development practices and tools, including version control systems (e.g., Git), code review processes, agile development methodologies and practices.
• Experience working with data query languages (eg., SQL) and robust understanding of data integration and transfer standards.
• Proficiency in incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Fresh service, ServiceNow JIRA) for tracking and resolving production incidents.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
• Knowledge of Cyber Security Standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO270001) and Identity and Access Management standards and best practices (ABAC, RBAC, OAuth, SAML).
• Experience working with Application integration via Secure API methods.
