Senior/ Interior Designer (3D Studio Max) - Join a Market Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Define and communicate the design vision and aesthetic direction for each project, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand identity, and market trends.
2. Manage all aspects of the design process, from conceptualization and space planning to material selection and final implementation. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
3. Work in a team to provide guidance, feedback to foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the interior design team.
4. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and objectives. Present design concepts and proposals effectively, and solicit feedback to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
5. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and other external partners. Coordinate with external stakeholders to procure materials, furnishings, and other design elements, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
6. Ensure the highest level of design quality and craftsmanship in all projects. Conduct regular reviews and inspections to assess progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain design standards
7. Develop and handle the Interior Design Community

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
2. Min 3 years experience in interior design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful residential project.
3. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max (must), Revit, or similar tools.
4. In-depth knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, materials, and furnishings.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
8. Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and design excellence.
