• Contributing to the concept and design development of residential and commercial projects.
• Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including develop design presentation, perspective
• Select and specify materials, finishes, finishings and fixtures that meet the client’s aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Coordinate and liase with subcontractor, supplier and client at various stages of work effectively.
•  Keeping up to date with new development in the design industry
•  To attend site meeting and do inspections during the project period.

Job Requirements

• Required Skill(s): Interior Designer

• Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in residential & commercial interior design projects
• A team player with positive attitude, good communication skill and problem solving skill
• Require skills: AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, Vray, Photoshop, Sketches, Illustrator, Microsoft Office
• Good understanding in Design Detailing
• Good command in English, Mandrin (writing & spoken)
