BENJ Design is hiring the role of Senior Interior Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the concept and design development of residential and commercial projects.
• Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including develop design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.
• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, sketches, and renderings to communicate design concepts.
• Complete the drawing based on clients’ preference on schedule.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that meet the client's aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site co-ordination and meeting with team member.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in interior design or architecture.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential & commercial interior design projects
• Knowledge of AutoCad, 3Dmax, Vray, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop and any other relevant software
• Possess a strong flair for design concepts and details.
• Good leadership, teamwork with strong commitment and self-motivated.
• Understand company vision and design aesthetics, helping drive a consistent design sensibility across all projects.
• Able to deliver and communicate working drawing with sub-con
• Site checking is needed to ensure project is done according to working drawing

Qualification:

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree
