As a Senior Internal Auditor- (Operations), you will play a pivotal role in influencing leadership, driving innovation, and embedding operational excellence across our global offices and business units. On a given day, you will:
- Participate in audit planning by applying robust risk assessment frameworks and synthesising data from multiple sources to focus audit activities on areas of highest strategic and operational risk
- Execute audits of complex, high-impact business and office operations, independently investigating incomplete records, unusual transactions, or conflicting data to identify underlying risks and recommend meaningful solutions
- Challenge and engage senior leadership and stakeholders, building consensus to drive the adoption of impactful operational improvements across business units
- Prepare high-quality, well-structured workpapers that document audit steps, evidence, professional judgement, and findings, ensuring traceability and clarity
- Deliver clear, pragmatic, and actionable audit reports that quantify business impact, anticipate regulatory change, and prompt urgent remediation while proactively monitoring and following up on audit findings
- Continuously benchmark processes against leading practices and new trends, bringing fresh, external perspectives to strengthen controls
- Drive improvements in audit effectiveness and efficiency by piloting and recommending the adoption of AI-based or data-analytic tools into audit methodologies and workflows
- Participate in audits of AI-enabled or automated processes within business operations, challenging their fairness, accuracy, and resilience

- Have 5+ years of experience in operational auditing, internal controls, or risk management, preferably within fintech or dynamic global environments
- Possess a strong understanding of internal audit frameworks (IIA, COSO) and risk management practices
- Are proficient with analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, and SQL; exposure to AI/ML concepts is an advantage
- Demonstrate strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Communicate effectively in English, with proficiency in Spanish, French, or Arabic being a plus
- Are willing to travel internationally for high-impact audits and initiatives
