You’ll help employees with some of their more basic computer needs, like performing troubleshooting to address any problems with computer systems. You’ll also oversee and maintain all aspects of a company’s computer infrastructure. This includes maintaining networks, servers and security programs. Skills And Qualifications-Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.-Hands-on experience in configuration and maintenance of firewall, router, print server and VPN access is advantageous (specifically AWS and DigitalOcean).-Knowledge of installation and maintenance of servers.-Ability to provide support and work with colleagues as well as individually-Strong technical knowledge in troubleshooting PC, server and network related matters.-Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.-Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of IT Administrator.Requirements aside, we are looking for a teammate with the right attitude who finds satisfaction in creating good work.
