Senior IT Executive - Project Management - Room for Advancement

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior IT Executive - Project Management to join our company. The position will play a crucial role in supporting IT project management efforts by coordinating project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects by defining approach, responsibilities, and schedule.
•  Supervise and lead project implementation, overseeing costs, resources, deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Engage in technical discussions to address business and technical challenges, driving solutions design and fostering professional relationships.
• Provide management, monitoring, and reporting services as needed.
• Coordinate IT project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with the IT service partner to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates. Act as a central point of contact for IT project inquiries.
• Generate and distribute project-related reports to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication among project team members to ensure effective collaboration. Conduct regular checks on network and data security.
• Identify and address potential project roadblocks in collaboration with the IT service partner.
• Conduct regular reviews of IT project deliverables to ensure quality standards.
• Assist in implementing quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and assess risks specific to IT projects, developing mitigation strategies.
• Assist in ISO audit documentation maintenance and record-keeping for ISO requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or relevant IT certifications.
• Knowledge of IT Operations and support, including Data Management System (FMS), Security System, Data Centre and MS365 Suite.
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Previous experience in managing and coordinating IT projects in the manufacturing industry preferred.
