SENIOR/ JUNIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER - Hiring Now

Job Requirement:
 ■ Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent. 
■ At least (2)years of professional working experience in the Interior Design field, with proven experience & showcase portfolio successful Interior Design projects. 
■ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
 ■ Proficient in: design softwares, such as Autocad, SketchUP, Photoshop, Enscape, MS Office etc. 
■ Proficient in: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu.

Responsibility: 
■ Interior Design Proposal, 2D & 3D drawings. To complete works with high-level quality & within the stipulated time frame.
 ■ Involve in mid-high end Interior Design projects, such as landed residences, bungalow, semi-D, condo, office, commercial & retail. 

2D Works:
 ■ Develop complete full detailed Interior Design drawing sets.
 ■ Including furniture layouts plan, ceiling & lighting plan, m&e plan, carpentry detailing & wet-work detailing. 
■ Submission drawing for approval, including elevation, section, layout plans. 

3D Works:
 ■ Develop creative & unique concepts by producing high-quality 3D-visualization.
 ■ Design Concept research, analysis & preliminary study.
 ■ Internal Discussion with sales & project team to build the interior according to designer’s 3D-visualization. 

As a Senior Interior Designer, one should:
 ■ Experienced in high-profile interior design projects & has a flair for luxury premium concept designs. 
■ Possess strong design sense, creativity, up-to-trend design knowledge to create excellent design.
 ■ Broad knowledge in concept design-style, material & color matching, latest construction technology, lighting etc. 
■ Ensure the design team meet Interior Design project goal & deadlines. 
■ Work closely with junior interior designers to produce quality design proposals. 
■ Ability to handle multiple on-going interior design proposals, which involves layout & 3D design amendments to meet client’s expectation.
