JOB DESCRIPTION

• Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses delivered by the Department and University. 
• Provide supervision and mentorship to students undertaking research projects, theses, and dissertations at postgraduate levels. 
• Design and execute formative and summative assessment including marking that is aligned with student learning outcomes. 
• Provide feedback to students on their learning through student consultations. 
• Conduct research in areas as per discussion with Dean/Head of Department 
• Publish papers and present papers at local and international conferences. 
• Other duties within the Department and University as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must have PhD in Education related areas. 
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience in education field at a tertiary level. 
• Experience supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students. 
• Evidence of outstanding record of research publications in highly referred international journal publishers. 
• Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with students and staff from a diverse range of backgrounds. 
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
