Teaching & Learning

• To prepare postgraduate lessons plan, schemes of work, tutorials, assignments, and class discussions.
• To supervise postgraduate students on research activities and grants.
• To utilize the learning management system to maximize student learning
• To prepare test/ examination questions together with appropriate marking schemes in a timely manner.
• To prepare/ update portfolio for every course taught.

Research

• To undertake and contribute to research, conducting individual research or collaborating with others
• To conduct individual or collaborative scholarly projects
• To engage in knowledge generation, knowledge exchange, and knowledge transfer activities.
• To identify sources of funding and contribute to the process of securing funds for own research or scholarly projects.
   

Education Requirements

• PHD in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or any one of the related fields or discipline areas which is recognized by the Government or of any other equivalent qualification is to be considered. 

Skills / Experience Requirements

1. PHD with less than two years of teaching experience
2. Passion and dedication to teaching
3. Good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
4. Strong written and spoken communication skills
5. Leadership and motivating ability
6. Able to use the different Microsoft Office applications
7. Excellent research skills
