Job Description :
- To have responsible to arrange timely delivery or shipment according to customer delivery schedule.
- To collaborate with a internal and external party for customer delivery / shipment arrangement.
- To provide a weekly shipment schedule.
- To interact with forwarders for the booking vessel and solve any containers matter.
- To prepare shipping documents such as invoice and packing list etc.
- To coordinate with marketing , QA and Project to obtain shipment approval before shipment.
- To responsible oversea customer order receiving.
- To responsible ISO report and audit.
- Other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.
Requirements :
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible and independent.
- Good in Microsoft Excel , Word & power Point.
- Good communication skills.
