Senior Logistics Coordinator (1-year Contract)

• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery arrangements.
  
• Monitor and schedule machine movements from warehouses with transporters.
  
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to shipping, logistics, and goods movement.
  
• Track delivery schedules and follow up on shipment status.
  
• Identify and resolve logistics or delivery issues in coordination with relevant teams.
  
• Ensure proper record keeping and timely updates of logistics activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  
• Experience with logistics coordination (Land Transportation)
• Proficient in AutoCount, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  
• Prior experience in logistics, coordination, or administrative work will be an added advantage.
