This role will be responsible to oversee the Customer Care teams to ensure the best services provided to the customers.
Your responsibilities will be:
- To update of construction progress to purchasers.
- To conduct general customer satisfactory survey to gain improvements to customer service.
- To provide good customer service by developing feedback or complaints procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
- To monitor customer’s complaint on defects and work closely with Project Management Department & Property Management Services Department to ensure timely resolution of such complaints.
- To plan for the handing over of vacant possession together with other department and take the lead in the handing over of keys to purchasers.
- To Establish the necessary Operating Procedures for the department to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the day to day operations.
- To maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.
- To develop and manage comprehensive loyalty program for customers.
- To oversee the design of loyalty program and all related features.
- To implement the loyalty strategy to improve acquisition and retention of customers.
- To plan and organize residents’ community engagement activities and events.
- To manage effective and high efficiency of loyalty program including budget management and all related expenditures.
- To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.
To be eligible for this role, you will require:
- Diploma / Degree in Business Management or equivalent
- 15 years and above of experience in Property Management, Customer relations, and relevant Constructions/ Development industries.
