Responsibilities:

The Head of Business Development is responsible for leading the company's efforts to identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities and projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, foster relationships, and drive growth initiatives to enhance the organization’s competitive edge.

• Lead efforts to drive growth by identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for the Shared Service Center, establishing strategic partnerships with government departments, and implementing initiatives to enhance our service offerings.
• The role will oversee the establishment of a learning center tailored to the specific needs of client and effectively marketing these programs to potential customers, supporting our broader organizational goals.
• Collaboration with various internal teams will be crucial to ensure alignment on business development initiatives and overall organizational objectives.

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A degree in the related job field.
• At least 8 years or more working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
