Senior Manager, Clinical Specialty & Digital Health

Strategic Leadership
▪ Mapping and maintaining a database of existing and future specialty and subspecialty services across the organization.
▪ Developing and maintaining governance frameworks for specialty service development.
▪ Anticipating and implementing future enhancements and new practices for each specialty.
▪ Building clinical leadership capacity, ensuring Heads of Specialty (HOS) and other senior clinicians are supported in decision-making and service planning.

Academic & Training Responsibilities
▪ Supporting curriculum development for the Centre of Experiential Learning.
▪ Providing teaching, training, and clinical attachments support for masters and fellowship programs.
▪ Coordinating and facilitating workshops, conferences, and specialty-specific trainings.
▪ Providing subject-matter expertise for clinical and academic programs and research initiatives.
▪ Acts as the central point of coordination between multiple stakeholders, ensuring the organization's clinical and academic ecosystem runs smoothly.

Digital Health Integration
▪ Support digital transformation initiatives within clinical specialties.
▪ Identify opportunities to enhance clinical workflows using digital tools (telehealth, EMR enhancements, clinical dashboards, AI-assisted tools where applicable).
▪ Liaise with IT/Digital Health teams to support implementation, adoption, and feedback.
▪ Assist in evaluating digital readiness and capacity among specialties.

Operational Responsibilities
▪ Coordinating and supporting HOS (16), Admin Assistants (16), and subcommittee members (60) to ensure alignment of clinical and academic initiatives.
▪ Organizing meetings with HOS and subcommittees to review practices, suggest improvements, and provide expert input.
▪ Handling day-to-day planning, execution, and follow-up on requests, projects, and initiatives across specialties.
▪ Maintaining records, proposals, and documentation (e.g., newsletters, media releases, reports).
▪ Liaising between HOS, management, and KPJ University to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Partnership Development
▪ Cultivate partnerships with KPJ University, government agencies, academic institutions, and private sector stakeholders.
