Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts - Excellent Benefits Package

1. Set up the organization structure for the finance function and lead the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic financial objective.

2. Direct responsibilities for accounting, finance forecasting, strategic planning, project costing, deal analysis and negotiations, investor, private and institutional financial and trade association the govern the industry.

3. Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.

4. To lead developing, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive project cost system.

5. Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance and Accounting functions of the organization.

6. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.

7. Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities and cashflow impact.

8. Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.

9. Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.

10. Develop and establish the accounting system and implement the policies and procedures for the Company/Group.

11. To carry out any other works that may be special assignment as instructed from time to time by the Management.
