Senior Manager, Finance

Position Objective

Managing overseeing the finance department of Interior and Plastics Division to ensure timely submission of financial reports, compliance with financial guidelines and statutory requirements. 

Job Description:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of finance including timely preparation of financial and management reports including tax & deferred tax computation as well as analysis of results.
• Perform financial planning, forecasting, modeling and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Plan and control the company's cash flow and other treasury matters.
• Ensure all accounting systems, practices, controls, and procedures are in compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, listing requirements, and applicable reporting standards.
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems.
• To lead and accountable for preparation and finalization of the annual budget and business plan.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, legal, bankers, etc.
• Manage and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and alignment to Group/Company objectives.
• Undertake other projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess a Degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification such as ACVCA, CIMA or equivalent.

- Required skill(s): Computer literate with experience on ERP system and knowledge of MS Office.

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

- At least 5 year(s) of relevant experience in manufacturing, preferably automotive industry.

- Good analytical and problem solving skills.

- Proactive, result oreinted, good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Based in Bukit Beruntung, Selangor
