Senior Manager, Finance - Start Now

Job Description:

• Fund raising (debt and equity) activities including project financing by handling documentation, compiling data, preparing reports, opening bank accounts, liaise with bankers, lawyers and valuers, etc.
• Updating existing bank facilities, maintain records, compile information for bankers and maintain relationships with bankers.
• Preparation of proposal and relevant information/calculations for investment opportunities or disposal of investment/assets.
• Preparation of monthly management reports with detailed breakdown of key financial figures and financial analysis.
• Preparation of schedules/reports/projections/presentation slides for audit, tax, budget, forecast and any ad-hoc corporate exercises.
• Preparation of board papers as and when required.
• Coordinate closely with other departments on the documentation for new credit facilities and respond accordingly.
• Ensure prompt payment of bank financing facilities obligations and compliance with bank covenants.
• Study and analyse transactions with potential JV partners.
• Participate and support corporate finance activities.
• Tactful stakeholder management (eg bankers, financiers)
• Cashflow planning, projection & monitoring and funding strategy.
• HDA Act, regulation and compliance

Job Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting or professional qualification ACCA/MICPA/MIA/CPA or or equivalent.
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience related field is required for this position.
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Power Point and excellent in analytical and financial data sourcing skills.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
