Senior Manager, HR & Admin

 Job Description:-Develop and implement robust manpower planning strategies to meet organization needs-Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, developing effective sourcing strategies, and collaborating with various Business Units to ensure the acquisition of quality talent.-Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and resolving workplace issues.-Cultivate and maintain healthy industry relations including to support line manager in employee’s Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), and employee grievances.-Oversees and manage the daily activities of office to ensure efficiency operations, services, and expenses control.-Engage with external stakeholder such as landlord and supplier for any work improvement in office.-Collaborate with the HR team at headquarters to develop an action plan which aimed at enhancing company processes or establishing new ideas to improve HR operations in the in-charged office.-Perform any ad-hoc duties and project as required by management.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-aeon-credit-services-m-berhad-job-senior-manager-hr-admin]
 Job Requirement:-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or other related discipline.-Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Generalist role.-Well versed with The Employment Act.-Good Interpersonal skill and people person.
