- Responsible for the human resource functions of MST Golf Group of companies
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Manage annual performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage payroll and benefit programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment.
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- At least 10 years of hands-on working experience in a managerial position with exposure as an HR Generalist in manpower budgeting, recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, payroll, employee and industrial relations.
- Preferably a candidate from the retail / FMCG industry
- Conversant with the Employment Act and other related legal requirements
- Good leadership, people management and communication skills
- High integrity and adaptable personality, meticulous, organized, and committed person
- Good knowledge of Ms Word, Excel & PowerPoint presentation
