Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related discipline (advanced degrees are a plus).
• More than 10 years of experience in Key Account Management within the
logistics industry, with a strong background in developing logistics solutions
or similar roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry, including freight
forwarding, contract logistics, and land transportation services.
• Strong strategic and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of
resolving complex business challenges.
• Skilled in financial analysis, pricing models, and cost control practices.
• Able to perform well under pressure and consistently meet tight deadlines
without compromising quality.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as part of a team, and across
various departments to achieve business goals.
• Excellent team collaboration, adaptability, and proactive mindset in a
fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in managing relationships with internal teams and external
partners.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a talent for crafting
innovative logistics solutions.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with a
solid grasp of customer business needs.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• A history of successfully acquiring new business and maintaining long-term
customer relationships.
