Senior Manager (Manufacturing) - Exciting Challenge

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive sustainable growth in the manufacturing industry. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including production, QAQC, and Engineering (maintenance). Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage budgetary planning, forecasting, and financial performance of the division. Identify opportunities to optimize costs, improve profitability, and maximize return on investment.
• Optimize resource utilization for productivity and profitability.
• Carry out the operation goals based on the set targets
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Any other adhoc tasks as assigned by the Management team from time to time if required.

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with at least 8-10 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
• Willing to travel within  Malaysia in short notice as and when necessary.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining good time management.
• Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill..
• Vacancy is available at Shah Alam, Selangor and the factory will moving to Bandar Enstek (N.Sembilan) in September 2024.
