Senior Manager, Performance & Rewards - Urgent Hiring

Job Summary

Responsible in assisting for the development, coordination and implementation of performance management and compensation/rewards programs, including management of third-party vendor and overseeing payroll operation. This position requires highly motivated and detail-oriented along with ability to navigate sensitive and confidential situations.

Job Descriptions

• Assist in the development and execution of Bank-wide performance management systems, ensuring a consistent performance tracking and rewards tools are in place for all BPMB staff members.
• Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
• Monitor and track performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the design and administration of a comprehensive rewards and recognition program that promotes employee engagement and retention.
• Assist in market research/survey to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain competitive.
• Assist in the administration of bonus, incentive, and recognition programs.
• Collaborating with finance to establish annual budgets for compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are financially sustainable and aligned with the organization’s financial goals.
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and drive Bank-wide organizational performance management and rewards agenda.
• Assist in analyzing performance / rewards data and providing regular reports to senior management and department heads.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights for improvement.
• Utilize HR analytics to identify trends related to performance and rewards.
• Ensure compliance with the requirements of local regulations and all other relevant statutory regulations and guidelines as well as internal policies.
• Conduct of trainings and workshops, ensuring that performance management and rewards systems are understood and exercised.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management, rewards, or a related function.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good relationship management with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
