Senior Manager: Sales & Marketing - Property Development

Role

We are looking for someone to lead an established sales, marketing and lease admin function for a listed property developer.

• Currently launching phase 2 of a multi year master development in Klang Valley

• Projects include SOHO, Serviced apartments (30-40 storey) and mid sized landed community

Sales Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales and ensure targets are achieved

• Ensure proper administration of sales and loan documentation

• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Study market trends and develop marketing and pricing strategies

• Production of promotional materials, organising promotional events exhibitions etc

• Marketing strategies and activities for sales launches

• Liaise with relevant authorities in obtaining licences

Seniority

• This position leads the sales and marketing function and reports to the GM of Property

• Establish standard operating procedures for the department

• Provide guidance & training

• You should be at Manager / Senior Manager level (10+ years experience)

Must have

• A track record of new product launches, ideally in the mid market segment

• Team leadership across Sales & Marketing functions (and experience in both)

• Be able to set strategy and work hands on (when needed) to ensure targets are met

• Well networked with marketing agencies, event organisers, exhibitions and authorities in Klang Valley.

• The ideal candidate will come from a mid sized / niche developer who has helped establish best practices in a hand on capacity

Location

You will lead your team from HQ in KL
